Written confirmation and a deposit of £20 per person are required to secure your booking. All deposits & pre-payments are non-refundable and are non-transferable. Full payment is required by midday on Monday 9th November 2026. Final numbers & menu choices are required two weeks before your event. All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%. The hotel does not allow food or drinks to be brought onto the premises and reserves the right to charge the client, confiscate and dispose of any items , including alcohol. In resulting circumstances, offending individuals and parties may be asked to leave the premises.
